Now we are looking to recruit a Sales Executive for our new project PROFTIT!


The product:

Social Trading platform which has created a marketplace of ideas where individual traders can collaborate with each other and share knowledge, experience, trading tips and strategies. We use the latest innovative technology in the IT world to provide our clients with the best features. We are looking for amazing new talent with passion for financial markets to fuel our growth. Currently, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to join our team.  


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a rapidly developing team of Sales Agents with focus on conversion deals
  • Lead, motivate and provide constant feedback to new and existing employees
  • Provide on boarding support and training to new employees. 
  • Handle complex communication and customers by presenting, promoting and selling products using solid arguments and informational materials to existing and prospective customers
  • Use detailed knowledge and experience in performing and adapting to cost-benefits and customers' demand 
  • Demonstrated educational selling approach by providing detailed information on the capabilities of the product, financial benefits and any other information that is important for the customers' decision making process 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business, customer and employee relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Work in close relation with the R&D team and recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development 



Proven work experience as sales agent or dealing with customers

Highly motivated and target driven with track record in sales

Previous experience on a people management role will be considered as a strong advantage
Strong command of English, German, Italian or French (written and verbal)
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
